Our Mission is to help YOU return to the things that you love, and do them better than you ever have before!

Hey, I’m Steve. I have a beautiful wife, Lindsay, two great dogs, and live in sunny Venice, CA. I’ve been a Crossfit competitor since 2012 and I specialize in working with high intensity athletes on their mobility, prehab, and post-injury physical therapy. When we focus on getting people do move better, I have seen some incredible things. I created Prehab 2 Perform as a free resource and tool geared towards some of the things I am most passionate about: helping people return to what they love without pain, and more fit than ever before!
Hi, I'm Jess. I am a Manual Therapist, licensed through the CAMTC. I have a variety of experience in bodywork modalities as well as movement practices including weightlifting, yoga, and Crossfit. My focus is to help people live pain free and move better. Sessions include an assessment of your individual needs and treatment for injury management, muscle recovery, tissue regeneration, flexibility, and stability. Your plan will always include self-care strategies and education on daily body maintenance.

Hi, my name is Krzysztof (pronounced like Kris-tof). I was born in Warsaw, Poland, and immigrated to the United States at the age of five. Growing up in Chicago, I found myself driven by two major passions - personal wellness and helping others. Once I discovered that I could fulfill both of these passions as a physical therapist, I studied to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University in 2017. While in grad school, I started doing CrossFit and fell in love with how it tapped into my athletic potential. With plenty of first-hand experience on overcoming obstacles at the gym, I now feel it is my calling to help individuals of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels live pain-free and reach their personal mobility goals.
