The heating element can be use two ways:

1. Battery

2. Plug directly into the wall via USB

Tips:

1. You can charge the Battery with the provided USB charger

2. Make sure battery is fully charged before use.

3. The USB chargers heat, may heat up faster and become more warm than battery.

1. Hold the power button to turn on.

2. Once on, the Temperature will default to 55 deg Celsius. If you click again, this will make hotter (60 deg C), click again and will drop down to 40 deg C.

3. Find the temperature that feels right for you (may have to adjust while using the device)

4. Click on the timer to change from 0 to 15 (minutes), 30, 45, 60 minutes. I strongly suggest only using the 15 min button to start with.
